What my clients say

Unlock your 'Greatest Mindset'

You're a successful business leader. You have the experience, the ambition, the team and the strategy. Yet despite everything you've achieved, something isn't quite clicking. Perhaps you've felt stuck for the last three, six or even twelve months. You're working just as hard, but the next level of performance seems frustratingly out of reach.

Your confidence isn't where it once was. Decision-making takes longer. You find yourself overthinking. Leadership feels heavier than it should. The business continues to move forward, but you know you're capable of much more.

The problem often isn't your strategy - It isn't your knowledge - It isn't your capability.

More often, it's the limiting beliefs and automatic thinking patterns that influence how you think, lead and perform every day. Until those barriers are identified and removed, you'll continue to solve the wrong problem.

Discover What's Really Holding You Back

The first step is a complimentary 30-minute Executive Performance Assessment.

Together, we'll identify the mental barriers that may be limiting your performance, leadership and confidence. You'll gain a clear understanding of what's getting in your way and whether my three-stage performance programme is the right solution for you.

You'll leave with:

Clarity on what's limiting your performance. An understanding of why you've reached a plateau. A personalised plan for moving forward. Complete confidence in your next step.

Because once you remove what's holding you back, your performance can finally reflect your true potential.

What is hypnotherapy

Some people are unaware of what hypnotherapy truly is and mistakenly believe it is the same as stage hypnosis, which is performed purely for entertainment. Hypnotherapy is a professional therapeutic technique that uses a natural state of focused attention to help people make positive changes in their thought patterns. It is not mind control, sleep or unconsciousness. Throughout the session, you remain in control at all times. When you are in a state of focused attention, your mind becomes less distracted by everyday thoughts, allowing you to concentrate more fully on the positive changes you want to make. This enables a qualified hypnotherapist to guide you through carefully tailored suggestions designed to help you overcome limiting beliefs, reduce unhelpful thought patterns and build more positive neural pathways.

I use hypnotherapy to help people improve confidence, reduce anxiety and stress, manage overthinking, overcome fears and phobias, enhance sports and business performance, support weight management, improve sleep, and help with many other personal and professional challenges. It can also be used alongside medical care to support people living with long-term pain, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), fibromyalgia and other conditions where stress, emotion or thought patterns may influence symptoms. Hypnotherapy should not replace medical advice or treatment but can often work alongside it as part of a wider care plan.

Every session is tailored to your individual goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach because every person has different experiences, challenges and aspirations. The aim is to help you develop healthier thinking patterns that enable you to achieve lasting, meaningful change. Hypnotherapy is recognised by many healthcare professionals as a valuable therapeutic approach for a wide range of psychological and behavioural difficulties. When combined with your willingness to engage in the process, it can become a powerful tool for improving confidence, emotional wellbeing, resilience and overall quality of life. If you are ready to move beyond the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back, hypnotherapy could be the first step towards creating the future you want.

Common myths

Despite its long history, hypnosis continues to be misunderstood. Over to the right are some of the most common myths.

“I’ll lose control.”

You remain aware and capable of making decisions throughout hypnosis. You cannot be forced to act against your values or beliefs.

“I could become stuck in hypnosis.”

This cannot happen. If a session were interrupted you would simply become fully alert or drift into natural sleep before waking normally.

“Hypnosis is mind control.”

Hypnosis is not mind control. It is a process of focused attention that relies upon your openness to suggestion.
