I never set out to become a hypnotherapist. In fact, my introduction to hypnotherapy came from a personal challenge. Like many people, I struggled with butterflies and nerves when speaking in public. I knew what I wanted to say, I knew my subject, yet something inside me would hold me back. The anxiety would take over at the very moment I needed to perform. I decided to try hypnotherapy.
What happened next surprised me. The change wasn't just noticeable, it was transformational. The pressure that had once controlled me simply wasn't there in the same way. I was able to speak with greater confidence, clarity and control. But the experience left me with a bigger question:
If hypnotherapy could help me overcome the pressure of public speaking, what else was possible?
